Why four days? Over the last five years we’ve uncovered over that we all have meals to which we gravitate. Therefore having 3-4 days is sufficient to keep some level of variety while maintaining the expenses of buying the food at a minimum. More is actually more expensive.
MEALS WILL BE COMPLIANT WITH KETOGAINS RECOMMENDATIONS
